Mercer’s engagement team will discreetly and confidentially engage with targeted key individuals without reference to the organization or the specific role to protect confidentiality and gather critical intelligence such as:

  • Assessment of Key Must Have’s (KMH’s) relative to the specific role

Upon completion of our profiling process, the client has can move through to our socilisation program which may be linear and result in an immediate hire to suit a current need, whilst others will by cyclical depending on the individual’s level of interest, readiness to move to another organsiation and our client’s preparedness for that particular individual and or skill set.
