This workshop is relevant to organisations subscribed to the Mercer CED methodology.

Job Evaluation Management System (JEMS)
This workshop is relevant to organisations in the Queensland Public Sector (QPS) subscribed to the CED methodology.
This workshop outlines a framework for effective evaluation of new and existing positions. JEMS is the approved approach to job classification within QPS. Trained evaluators establish the work value of a position, then translate into classification levels.
The JEMS methodology is based on the Mercer CED Job Evaluation System.
