The Mercer CED job evaluation system is Mercer’s proven and well-known methodology, used extensively in both the corporate and government sectors in Australia for over 30 years. It is a robust methodology which assesses the complexity and job demands of individual positions in a way that allows an analytical comparison of positions. It produces defensible results that can support fairness and equity within an organisation. The system can be used to assist in organisation design, and the work value outcomes provide direct links to market-based remuneration data within Australia.
- Participants will understand the Mercer CED methodology and be able to apply it within their organisation
Note: In order to attend this workshop, participants must currently work for organisations that currently use the Mercer CED Job Evaluation methodology.
