Corporate Office Leader
Hayley is a Principal of Mercer and she is currently the Corporate Office Leader. In this role, Hayley works closely with the CEO and COO supporting the business to deliver on our growth strategy for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Hayley is also the lead for the Mercer Pacific Rising Professional Business Resource Group.
The majority of Hayley's career prior to this has been within HR where she held Senior HR Business Partner roles for various parts of Mercer's business. Hayley has experience in strategic HR, Change Management, Internal Communication, Project and Stakeholder Management.
Hayley has worked at Mercer for over fifteen years including two years with Mercer UK.
Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management (Human Resources major) from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
