Career

 

A Senior Partner, Claire has more than 30 years’ experience in operational management and administration services leadership.

 

Joining Mercer in 2009, Claire was appointed as the UK Retirement Administration Business Leader in 2013 and joined the Mercer UK Market Leadership Team. During this time, she sat on the UK Diversity Council, supporting greater diversity and inclusion to achieve stronger business outcomes. In March 2015, Claire moved to the United States where she held a number of roles, concluding as the Wealth Transformation Leader before returning to the UK in 2019 to take up a role as the Chief Operating Officer for Mercer's International Region.

 

She has built an extensive career in the superannuation (pension) industry, driving innovation and keeping members at the heart of everything we do, including introducing straight through processing for the Pension industry, now an industry norm.
