With continuing economic pressures in 2012, the way organisations reward their workforce is going to require flexibility and an understanding of a complete reward offering.  Mercer’s first Rewards Forum of 2012 will share findings from the Market Issues Survey (MIS) and offer insight into how rewards practitioners can diversify their reward offering with limited budgets.

We invite you to join us in March for the Mercer Rewards Forum – “Managing Reward in Uncertain Times” to hear opinions of and gain insights from industry experts.

Presentations at the event will comprise of:

  • Present market conditions: Salary movements and the link between economic review and compensation planning
  • Forecasts for the year ahead and beyond
  • Thought provoking points around rewarding during challenging times.

Aimed at Human Resource decision makers and Reward Practitioners, this event will help you find answers and workable solutions to issues likely to be faced during 2012, including:

  • Should pre-approved budgets be reviewed?
  • What forms of variable pay plans make sense in a constrained business environment?
  • How do we optimise our spend when remuneration budgets are constrained?
  • Total rewards: should we be looking past total employment cost?

Mercer's Rewards Forums are designed to provide valuable insights on rewards issues. The events held across five markets in Australia provide key information to assist you in making informed and effective HR decisions. The Forum also provides excellent networking opportunities with other rewards professionals.
