Securing Australia’s Retirement Income System

Securing Retirement Incomes

Australia's retirement income system is potentially in the most significant phase of reform in its history with the Cooper and Henry reviews underway. Our retirement landscape is changing.

Mercer has made recommendations to both the Henry and Cooper review. Most recently, our submission to the second phase of the Cooper review specifically looks at improving efficiencies in our superannuation system.

In our broader, Securing Retirement Incomes report, we address many of the risks and opportunities in the current system and look at how it could, and possibly should, look like in a post-Henry and post-Cooper environment.

Workplace 2012: The road to recovery

Workplace 2012

Mercer’s latest Workplace 2012 survey has revealed that Aussie job dreams are set to stay alive as employers brace for Round 2 in the war for talent.
