Mercer just published the results of its global “Leading through unprecedented times” survey. More than 2,100 organisations with employees and operations in 90-plus countries worldwide responded to the May survey. The findings paint a vivid picture of the HR, human capital and benefits challenges organisations continue to face as a result of the global economic downturn.
